By using this site or submitting an enquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and contact us by phone or email instead of the form only if you need clarification before enrolling.

Training nature

Cloud Tech Innovate provides educational training on volume analysis and confirmation for discretionary traders. We do not provide personalised financial product advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or trade execution. Past chart examples used in sessions are educational and not recommendations to buy or sell any instrument.

Enrolment

A place in a Studio, Clinic, Practice Lab, or coaching package is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you receive written confirmation of dates, fees, and delivery format. Informational prices on the Rates page may change before confirmation.

Intellectual property

Site content, worksheets, scoring sheets, and session materials remain our intellectual property. You may keep materials provided for your personal study. You may not resell, republish, or run competing public classes using our materials without written permission.

Conduct

Participants must not share other attendees’ trade details outside the session. We may remove a participant who disrupts teaching or harasses others, with refund treatment as described in our refund policy where applicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make using skills discussed in training. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for that enrolment, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts in Queensland have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services.
