Cookie policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can accept or reject optional cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used.
Types we use
Essential cookies support basic functions such as remembering your cookie consent choice. The site works if you reject analytics. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us see which Guides are read most often so we can prioritise teaching topics.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| cloud_tech_innovate_cookie_consent | Stores Accept or Reject for the consent banner | 1 year (localStorage) | Cloud Tech Innovate |
| _cta_analytics | Optional aggregate page-view counts for Guides | 6 months | Cloud Tech Innovate (only if accepted) |
Managing cookies
On first visit you can Accept or Reject optional cookies via the banner. Rejecting does not block access to lessons information or the enquiry form. You can clear stored preferences in your browser and reload the site to see the banner again. Browser settings also let you block or delete cookies globally.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can expose your IP address to Google. We do not load advertising networks. Image hosts such as Unsplash may receive standard request logs when images load.
Impact of disabling
Disabling essential storage may cause the consent banner to reappear each visit. Disabling analytics only means we cannot see aggregate reading patterns; training content remains available.
