Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for a confirmed enrolment. Informational rates on the website do not create a charge until we confirm a place in writing.

Timeframe

Cancel fourteen or more days before the first scheduled session of a Studio or coaching package for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation. Cancellations between thirteen and seven days before the start receive a fifty percent refund of the remaining balance after deposit. Within seven days, fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the session.

Clinics and Practice Lab

Single clinic or stand-alone Practice Lab seats may be cancelled up to forty-eight hours before start for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable, though we may offer a transfer to a later date if a seat exists.

Deposits

Where a confirmation letter states a deposit, that deposit is non-refundable after seven days from payment unless we cancel the cohort. The deposit is applied to the total fee if you attend.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule of a coaching session with at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Studio cohort dates are fixed; moving to a later cohort is treated as a cancellation of the original seat under the rules above, then a new enrolment.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice is treated as attendance for that session. Materials already issued remain yours; no partial refund is issued for unused hours in a package when the no-show was yours.

Work already started

If coaching has begun, refunds cover only unused remaining sessions, calculated pro rata after deducting any stated deposit, provided you cancel under the timeframe rules.

Materials

Printed or PDF worksheets already delivered are non-refundable as a separate line item when itemised. If materials were included in a package fee, their value is not itemised for partial refund after delivery.

Our cancellations

If we cancel a session or cohort, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Process and timing

Email info@cloudtechinnovate.digital with your name, lesson, and confirmation reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days where the provider allows.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
